Case studies

Numbers tell a story. Here are three.

Inside each case study
01
Result
Each case study opens with the result, stated as one number.
02
Problem
I describe what was not working in plain words.
03
Strategy
I show the strategy and process, so you can repeat it.
04
Take away
I share what I learned and where the work goes from here.
01 · A global non-profit’s mobile apps

Connect content to revenue.

I gave leadership a clear view of what the app earns.

Revenue was visible for the organization’s other digital products, but not for its two mobile apps. I tied giving to its source, made giving easy in the app, and reported what moved the needle. Leadership learned that viewers are donors and shifted strategy to the app.

The result
$103K+
in revenue from one app was tracked and attributed for the first time, January through September 2026. None was tracked the year before.
$64K of that came from new donations driven by banner copy and donation strategy. The rest came from a film release.
02 · A global non-profit’s content team

I led a team to 4x their productivity.

I started with what frustrated them. Four months later, they were more productive, and so was their visible impact.

Teammates were lost in Asana, and most of their work never appeared on a board. I asked about their frustrations first, showed them how I work, and let them choose what to learn. Within about four months, both ranked first and second in completed tasks.

The result
4.4x
the combined monthly pace of the two teammates I trained, in completed tasks, within about four months.
Both moved from outside the top 10 of about 150 people to first and second over the last four months.
03 · A health and wellness company

Content that turns readers into customers.

Recipes, five-star reviews, and personal conversations with the community, built to drive acquisition and retention.

The gut-health program had a content foundation but needed high-value content to drive acquisition and retention. I built 150+ assets, wrote and photographed the recipes, earned five-star reviews, and showed up in the community. The content grew audience acquisition by about 20% and supported record membership sales.

Did the content bring in customers?

The result
~20%
growth in audience acquisition came from 1,000+ content assets I orchestrated.
The community grew to 16,000+ members, and the rebrand I led contributed to record membership sales. A gym-partnership opportunity of about $1M was an estimate, not closed revenue.
